We are independent designers and researchers who choose to work on humanity-driven projects together. We follow a collective model where every voice has the same weight and command the same respect. By not following an agency top-down model, we are all empowered to create the environment we’d like to be a part of. At our core, we are bonded by our shared belief that every difference is worth celebrating.

Jesse used to make costumes for Opera, centering around the telling of stories. They used fabric, silhouette, color, and engineering to assist the vocalist in the expression of their character on stage. They now work in the same way, just on a different stage in UX Design.

Orean is a UX/UI Designer specializing in UX research, strategy, wireframes, and interface development for mobile, tablet and web. He also has an extensive leverage digital project management background and an intuitive eye for design, combined to create purposeful digital designs and products.

She believes that design innovation is the most powerful when it engages with emerging issues and drives systemic change, whether on a micro or macro level. Besides design-related matters, Nam connects communities through creativity, food and social justice.

Sadie Cruz is a pathological helper dedicated to supporting people and companies by sharing and understanding their stories to create human-centered products and experiences. Her main focus is to create impact-driven projects by making informative and intuitive products and experiences. She has previously worked with non-profits, start-up companies, and fortune 500 companies.
When she is not collaborating with clients, you can find Sadie working her way down the list of cuisines she has never tried before and exploring the streets of various cities and countries worldwide.
