UX Architect/Researcher

Our Collective of researchers and designers working on humanity-driven projects is looking for a part-time UX Architect/Researcher who loves to organize information and crafting user flows. You will be our collaborator on all things information architecture, research, testing, and communicating with our design team to translate research insights into a prototype. You will be interacting with other researchers, designers, developers, project owners, and various client stakeholders to help us guide clients and keep us grounded in user insights.

This is a paid part-time contract position of up to 20-30 hours per week to start with room to increase. All work can be done remotely.

What would my responsibilities be?

  • Participate in the creation of user research protocol and content organization frameworks

  • Participate in the creation of tree mapping protocol and architecture

  • Recommend content hierarchy and content categorizations

  • Lead in the creation of content matrix as a result of content organization exercises

  • Lead affinity mapping and/or content categorization exercises with other team members

  • Lead client meetings and present research findings

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate research insights into a testable prototype

You'd be great for this job if...

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in information architecture, flow, and wireframe. In your application, please share examples of past work in this space to be considered!

  • You have strong spoken and written communication skills.
